Stargate Universe’s Season One in Full Swing
So the first season of Stargate Universe is in full swing. I shouldn’t mention this, but after two weeks of flu in my house and a failed DVR, I finally, finally got caught back up after having caught the series premiere. I much preferred Darkness and Light over Air, and I think (hope/pray) that the show continues to improve as we get to know the characters better and they get settled in and we’re able to do some exploration of these far reaches of the universe.
If you’ve missed an episode, catch up. I have no proof, but I have a feeling that this show is going to rely heavily on previous episodes as each new episode airs. One of the things I always appreciated about Stargate SG-1, and even Stargate Atlantis, was the tendency of the show to revisit previous arcs even though many episodes were stand-alone fare.
I’m hoping we’ll get to see some stand-alone episodes of Stargate Universe, but I am looking forward to the more complexly woven storylines I believe we’ll be seeing.
What about you?

Interesting site…
Are you aware of the current perceptions about Stargate Universe, and how it has divided the Stargate fanbase…well, not devided, more like alienated it. Stargate Universe could have been a great addition to the Stargate franchise, but instead it is destroying it. Delete this comment if you want, I am not a troll. But the lack of excitement for this show is not your fault. There are a small number of people like yourself who actually like the show, so have your joy and enjoy the show. I will have my joy when its canceled.
